When i look at the picture it looks like someone was scared on what they did and  they trapped them selfs in their room or something happen and that somone put them in there room fo doing something bad. I think that the photographer picked this place to take a picture cause of what people use to do to other people so that they can be there slaves so that they can own them. But i also think that back then the african people should of been the ones that dont have to work for people if they did not want to. People should have the freedom of speech so that they would not be working for people.
